Dopod 838 Pro 3G PDA-Phone

Dopod’s 838 Pro is the first 3G PDA phone in the world! Released as HTC TyTN in the UK, the PDA phone runs on Windows Mobile 5.0 and sports a sliding QWERTY keyboard.

The 838 Pro certainly aces in connectivity with quadband GSM support, Edge, 3G (UMTS), HSDPA, infrared, bluetooth and wifi. In addition, it has a scroll wheel on the left, an integrated 2 megapixel camera, and an extra 0.3 megapixel camera on the front for video calls.

Under its hood, the Dopod 838 Pro is powered by a Samsung 400MHz CPU, and packs in 128MB ROM and 64MB SDRAM - expandable via a microSD slot. The 180g device may weigh your pocket down a little but the 1,300mAH battery will last 200 hours on standby with 4 hours talktime.
